    Ogłoszenie || Announcement #13 Hej. Od dnia dzisiejszego aż do pierwszego tygodnia września (czyli 31 sierpnia) wszyscy pracownicy są zwolnieni z kary otrzymania 50% wypłaty pod warunkiem wyrobienia minimum 75% normy ($26 250 lub 43 750 dm³). Jednocześnie informuję, że od przyszłego tygodnia każdy nierentowny pracownik, tj. taki który wyrobił mniej niż ok. 0,115% normy, czyli -/+ $4 023, który nie poinformuje zarząd o owym fakcie może zostać nagrodzony zwolnieniem. Przypominam o istnieniu urlopów indywidualnych po uprzedniej konsultacji z zarządem Petrol. Na koniec wspomnę o kilku mniejszych zmianach w regulaminie, które standardowo zostały oznaczone ikoną . To wszystko na dzisiaj, pozdrawiam cieplutko i liczę, że nie będę zmuszony zwolnić połowy firmy za tydzień. English version:

    W tym tygodniu tabelka została napisana w 70% na nowo (co pewnie nikogo nie interesuje, bo wygląda tak samo), czego rezultatem są różne zmiany technologiczne (które też nikogo nie obchodzą) i rozwiązanie kilku problemów z archiwizacją danych (służy m.in. do awansów i podsumowania), brakiem faktycznej obsługi zwolnionych pracowników oraz ułatwienia obsługi tabeli dla nowych osób.

    Ostatnio sporo było drutowane w tabelce i nie obraziłbym się, jakby jakiekolwiek napotkane usterki lub buble trafiały do mnie. Na dniach pojawi się uzupełnienie do zwolnień w regulaminie

    Z uwagi na specyficzny tydzień wydłużony o 2 dni nie jestem w stanie określić DOKŁADNEJ ilości zalanego przez was paliwa (w pliku go nie ma, a panel podaje co najwyżej 7 dni wstecz). Nie bijcie pls. Due to a specific week extended by 2 days, I'm not able to tell you the exact amount of fuel you replenished (there is no fuel in the file, and the panel gives info from last 7 days). Do not beat me pls.

    Ogłoszenie || Announcement #12 Cześć. Na samym początku wspomnę o zmianie w rozliczeniach (z soboty na poniedziałek) - regulamin jak i system finansowy został już do owych zmian przystosowany. Niestety oznacza to również drobne niedogodności - wcześniejsze tygodnie również liczone są od poniedziałku. Dla ciekawskich wrzucam "porównanie" (patrz "Przep. dni od pełnego"): przed i po. Mimo wszystko mam nadzieję, że dodatkowe (lub też nie) dni wam odpowiadają. W kwestii szybkich awansów, wszystko jest jak dawniej (tj. ilość dni się nie zmieniła). Kontynuując, następną nadchodzącą nowością jest odświeżony model cysterny (tak wyszło, że cysternę robię na końcu ;P), który poza zmianami wizualnymi (mam nadzieję na plus) raz na zawsze pozbędzie się różnego rodzaju lotów kosmicznych (technicznie rzecz biorąc jest to smyranie się kolizji ciężarówki z naczepą). Na koniec zostawiłem sobie już dawno obiecany dział Petrol w wersji po angielsku coby ułatwić graczom zagranicznym lepsze zrozumienie Petrolu. Pozdrawiam cieplutko. English version:

    I General Rules 1. Every worker is obliged to obey rules of both, the company and the server. Unawareness of the rules doesn't exempt the worker from respecting them. 2. Every worker is obliged to be polite on both general and team chat. 3. Every worker has the right to drive a private car and/or truck, provided that truck is compatible with company' cargo specializations. 4. Worker's duty is to transport cargo compliant with company' cargo specializations (Petroleum and fuel, Chemicals). a. This rule is not applicable for company orders. 5. It's prohibited to make extra profit while playing as "Truckerzy" under penalty of disciplinary dismissal. 6. Worker is obliged to inform management about planned prolonged absence. a. Unjustified absence of more than 4 days may result in dismissal. 7. Worker can use up to 10 days of holiday per month. Longer absences shall be consulted with management. a. Holiday shorter than 3 days in one accounting period does not exempt the worker from reaching the quota during that particular period. 8. Every worker is required to meet the quota of $35 000 in the period of one week after adding up the earned money and refilled fuel. a. Refilled fuel counts into the quota after multiplying the amount by 0.6. 59 500 dm³ equals $35 700. 9. Company order is a priority for workers with enough score for transporting order goods. 10. Trial period can last 2 accounting weeks. Failure to finish the period (including failure to meet the full quota) will result in dismissing said employee. 11. Management reserves the right to change the rules. Every rule change is marked by "" icon. II Station Rules 1. Employee's duty is to refill and monitor fuel level on fuel stations. a. The worker may be harshly punished for failing to do so. 2. For the duration of the company order, it has higher priority over refilling stations. (Applicable only for employees with enough score to transport order goods). a. However, this does not mean that employee has a right to avoid refilling stations. Worker has to refill the said station after unloading order goods. b. In case of critical situation i.e. when the order deadline is nearing (<10h), employee has the right to refuse to refill the station without incurring any consequences. 3. Contracted stations have no priority over public stations. 4. When refilling the station, worker is obliged to supervise it and inform others about the refill to prevent possible overflow. a. Employee's duty is to prevent third parties from entering the station marker even if they want to fix lights or drink coffee. In situation where bystander enters the marker, employee has to stop refilling the station immediately (close the station window). b. It is allowed to let third party refuel their vehicle after closing the station window (in order to update it's status). c. AFK is allowed during refilling the station, however employee is still responsible for the possible overflow. 5. Categoric ban on overfilling the station under the threat of PLAYER BAN. The maximum station capacity is 4 000 dm³. a. In case of overfilling the station, this fact should be immediately reported to the management or minister responsible for companies. III Base Area Rules 1. Outsiders other than fraction employees are prohibited from entering the base. For the others, management's approval is required. a. It is prohibited to share company's station with other people, including fraction workers. 2. Hiding smuggled goods on base and branch premises is banned. 3. On the premises of the main base, assigned vehicles should be parked in row 1, while in the case of planned release, vehicle should be parked in row 2 for unassigned vehicles. a. Private sets should be parked at east part of the base, next to the station. b. Public sets should be parked at north part of the base, between PNS and loading zone. c. Packer (with PACKER2 plates) should be parked in parallel to the fountain. d. Savanna should be parked in the office garage. e. Private cars should be parked east of the office in a designated area. 4. On the premises of LS branch, assigned sets should be parked in their designated area (at the bottom). a. Private sets should be parked in the same way as assigned sets. b. Packer (with PACKER1 plates) should be parked in the bottom part of passenger vehicles parking. c. Passenger vehicles should be parked at the parking. 5. On the premises of AP branch, assigned sets should be parked opposite to the gates. a. Private sets should be parked in the same way as assigned sets. b. Passenger vehicles should be parked at the smaller parking. 6. Employee's duty is to maintain order at the base and branches. IV Company Vehicles Rules 1. Worker's duty is to care for company vehicles. 2. Assigned vehicles located on base premises have to be in perfect condition without any visual damage. 3. Taking other employees' trailers with you is forbidden. 4. Public vehicles can be parked in designated areas only(see III.3, III.4, and III.5) and have to be in perfect condition without any visual damage and the amount of fuel in the tank must not be less than 90% of it's capacity. 5. Please note that YOU cover the repair/towing/respawn costs. 6. Tuning a company vehicle is not forbidden as long as it's not color/rim change. 7. Employee has the right to park the vehicle near the home regardless of employee's rank. In case of not having a home, vehicle has to be parked at the base or branch. V Advancements, Returns and Bonuses 1. Bonuses do not apply to dismissed workers. 2. Worker shall be promoted to that grade on completion of the criteria set below: a. Freshman → Driver; working for at least 4 weeks, earning $200 000 within 4 weeks. b. Driver → Experienced driver; working for at least 8 weeks, earning $250 000 within 4 weeks. c. Experienced driver → Tanker; working for at least 12 weeks, earning $300 000 within 4 weeks. 3. Worker has the right to advance quickly involving "Szybcior", provided that they finish trial period and earn $500 000 within 2 weeks. a. Ability to advance quickly ceases to apply when worker reaches Experienced driver rank. b. In the case of a normal promotion of an employee, quick promotion is available after a period of two weeks. 4. Worker is entitled to 50% fuel discount. a. However, worker is not entitled to fuel cost return regardless of worker's rank. 5. Worker gets free VB refills. 6. Worker can get bonuses on completion of the criteria set below: a. Bonuses are only granted if worker earns $100 000 and/or 80000 dm³. Only two employees can get a bonus from each category (money or fuel). b. The largest amount of money earned (in F4 panel) - 33% of profit for the company, $50 000 max. c. The largest amount of dm³ replenished (in F4 panel) - 20% of dm³ replenished, $40 000 max. 7. Bonus for dm³ replenished; for every 10 000 dm³ - $4 000, for every 1 000 dm³ - $400. 8. Employee receives 1 score for every 2 000 dm³ replenished. (75 score max, equal to 150 000 dm³), 9. Finished order bonus: $1 000 per course. 10. Worker has the right to waive the bonus. 11. In order to receive bonus, worker has to contact financial officer (Niventill). VI Penalties and Warnings 1. An employee who gives up their employment contract must face a penalty of 300 score. Penalty exemption is available for those working for at least 4 full accounting periods. (full accounting period is the one that goes on for 7 days). 2. Worker leaving the job during the trial period gets a 200 score penalty. 3. Disciplinary dismissal equals to 400 score penalty. Including unjustified absence of more than 4 days. 4. Workers with less than 450 score have the priviledge to leave the company without penalty. In case of blatant rule breaks, this priviledge is not applied. 5. An unprofitable worker who isn't on a holiday may be dismissed without any warning (An unprofitable worker is defined as a person who has made a loss in a given accounting period, i.e. has earned less than $4 023). 6. In case when worker leaves company and their vehicle is outside the base, unfixed, not fully tanked, not parked in second row, employee gets additional penalty of 50 score. 7. A warning may be issues to the worker for failure to comply with the company regulations. 8. First warning is a reminder, second one is a caution and degradation (if possible), and third warning involves a disciplinary dismissal. 9. Warning may be lifted when worker engages in a duty, unless management determines otherwise. 10. Failure to meet the quota may result in a warning and 50% payout. a. Reaching half of the quota makes worker exempt from receiving a warning. b. In the period of the first week of July to the first week of September, reaching of at least 75% of the quota exempts from the penalty of receiving 50% of the payment. The above regulations are the property of Petrol and it is forbidden to copy them.
